Where to start on your journey to feeling better?
AWARENESS IS KEY:
A great place to start is to identify how you want to feel and what you would like to achieve in all areas of your life.
It is easiest to do this by knowing what you don't want and then focusing on the opposite.
This will send your positive desires out into the universe so they can be attracted back to you.
Remember - where the focus goes the energy grows.
Two opposing emotions simply can not
occupy the same space at the same time.
You cannot be in
LOVE and FEAR simultaneously.
Stop and ask yourself:
“Am I coming from a space of LOVE
or FEAR right now?”
Awareness is key and so is your choice.
Keep choosing LOVE over FEAR.
This is a super important part of your transformation.
Nourishing our mind, body and soul with the things that we are passionate about allows us to express ourselves better and sends a clear message to the universe that we care about ourselves.
